Marion Skor has seen more than enough of what this crazy world has to offer. Her heartfelt songwriting and years of stage performance are what will carry the day, as it is evident in her dedication to her craft.
Marion Skor is an artist of many mediums; hair, make-up, costume, writing, dance, and production. She loves to create magick through sound and visual art. Marion’s first public dive into the music industry as a creator is the inevitable synthesis of her talent and drive for success; she dives fast and deep, but always comes up for air. Marion has been actively pursuing anything and everything to do with production and show business since 2006.
Marion has releasd a sophomore album "$alt Mine" and has pivoted her sound and songwriting with the piano influencing her style. Her mysterious and haunting voice is still ever-present, yet there is a major shift in her overall soundscape and frequency, while still fusing sensuality with moody, potent lyrics. "$alt Mine" is a fresh lift-off for Marion and is a bit avant-garde and experimental as a total project; 5 short films as visuals have been created to run along side and support the singer-songwriters vision. Set in the exceptionally beautiful and breathtaking scenery of the Bonneville Salt Flats; a place her father and family used to build and race cars in the 60's, the short films are intoxicating and somewhat surreal.
